Pyramid Power!
“Channel 69″—the weekly party I used to throw at the Pyramid Club from 1990 to 1992—was back in the spotlight on November 4th at the Howl! Happening Gallery when I presented The Drag Explosion as part of the exhibit “Secrets of the Great Pyramid: The Pyramid Cocktail Lounge as Cultural Laboratory.”
In addition to my behind-the-scenes photos, there was also riveting video of “Channel 69” drag shows by William Comstock and Karel van Aggelen.
In other words, it was a multi-media extravaganza!
